Monacor Subwoofer SOUND-100SUB is active subwoofer system for adding to the compact speakers for hi-fi or home cinema applications and home recordings. The amplifier boasts variable input sensitivity, a phase switch, and an automatic switch-on system that can be activated or deactivated as needed. Additionally, it offers an adjustable crossover frequency ranging from 50 to 150 Hz.
Enclosed in a high-quality bass-reflex MDF cabinet with a sleek black wood veneer finish, the subwoofer houses a 25 cm (10″) bass speaker. On the back panel, amplification controls include a volume adjustment for the subwoofer and variable input options: via 1 x RCA L/R, RCA LFE, or screw terminals for high-level L/R inputs. Furthermore, it provides additional outputs for mid-high range speakers, making it compatible with existing speaker cables.
With a nominal power of 120 W and a maximum power of 200 W, this active subwoofer system delivers both precision and power.

Cleverly utilized within a bass-reflex cabinet, with reflex ports facing down under the subwoofer. So, there is added omnidirectional lower bass part with reflex tubes.

Monscor amplification module is designed to provide practicality, encompassing all necessary components within. Offering versatile connectivity options, essential controls, and even an auto power feature, the module ensures seamless system integration.
For those with a mains amplifier equipped with an RCA SUB OUT connector, direct input into the LFE RCA of the Monacor system is effortless. Should your amplifier lack a SUB OUT option, simply utilize the L and R RCA outputs, feeding them into the Monacor Line In RCA. Moreover, for users without RCA out you can just feed your speaker signal to the High Level In banana plugs. The High Level Out feature allows the full signal audio signal to be forwarded to the mains speakers, ensuring a harmonious audio experience.
